6 day old seedling stopped growing. Should I be concerned

Hi - I'm 6 days into my first grow and my autoflower seedling has not shown any sign of change in 2-3 days. The cotyledons have dried out and the leaves do not look too good. The stem also appears to have a thin spot midway up. Should I trash this and sprout another seed? I'm holding onto hope as this was my only autoflower seed and I hate to waste money spent on the seeds.

I've read seedlings need nutrients as soon as they're in coco, so I feed with a 350-400 EC dose of nutrients after a few days and have continued to slowly increase the dose to 450-500EC. watering once a day.

I believe I left the humidity dome on too long, my light was a little to close(around 18") and maybe I waited too long to feed in coco?

70/30 Coco/Perlite
Flora trio nutrients & CalMag
2x2 tent
Mars Hydro TS1000 at 25% now 24" above seedling
Struggled to maintain temp and humidity at first but now holding steady at 70-75 F and 70-77%

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the fast response! I'm sure patience comes with experience... probably the hardest part of this whole project! So I can learn what to look for, can you shed some insight on why you say it's overwatered?

Is it in a solo cup?
Although you can feed daily when in coco........I wouldn't at this early stage. You can go a few days between feedings for a little while........until the roots are established.

I'd transplant that into soil that is not so soggy. Put a little rooting agent on the tap root, chop the shriveled tips off the rotting leaves.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah it's in a solo cup. It was exciting to see it pop and start to grow. It was making progress those first few days and then just completely stopped. Worried I'm wasting my time on it but I suppose I'll give it a few days and hold off on feeding.

The photo was taking shortly after watering making it look soggy. It has since dried out a little. Worried if I dick with it anymore it's just going to cause more stress.

If you have a scale use it for watering. Solo cup of moist soil like you have weighs around 190 grams. When it gets down to 150, add water.
