Grand Daddy Purple, not turning purple???

This is my 3rd time growing this strain and it never turned purple. Any ideas? Im getting the clones from a reputable dispensary. The bud is pretty good, just never turns purple for me. Ive also tried harvesting as late as possible, thinking it will come late, but it never does.

how many weeks are you going? are you looking at the trichs before pulling? what temps do you run in flowering room?

temps are around 75-80, im definitely looking at trichomes. Ive waited until they were 90 amber one time.

I think it's clone only.

Maybe try bringing temps down some in flower toward the end. I've heard that helps bring purple out.

some purple strains aren't guaranteed to turn purple. seen some 'purple trash' recently that had absolutely no purple color whatsoever. it was good stuff, just lacking in color.

Definitely drop your temps, especially at lights out. I have heard from a few sources that grand daddy is a very finicky strain. I'm about to harvest some blueberry on monday and am really impressed with how purple it got. Try to get it down to the low to mid 60F's and you should see it start to turn in the last 3 weeks.

I've just been having a read about grand daddy purps as i believe that's what 6 of the clones i've been given are. He just gave them with the name Grand Daddy so i'm presuming...

Lol bro that ain't purple. Just because you get a leaf that starts to autumn does not mean it's purple. That ain't purple and looks like a knockoff strain of Blueberry.
