Long slow growth.

Meet Wilbur
So I have tried growing my first plant, It has been growing for exactly one year and recently started budding past several weeks, this plant is 11 inches tall,
and has a beautiful skunk smell but it has grown little over an inch a month.
I think I have done a lot of things wrong, shared lighting, 12 hour cycle with computer lights on at times, I water the leaves daily for the past year, I have a heater on 24-7 at a comfortable 70 ish degrees all year, I started with a mix of vegetable and garden soil from a local garden and gravel yard, added 3" of KISS organic soil and periodically every 3 weeks add a small mix of water, General Hydroponix flora bloom, Micro and Gro. to which the tips of this plant turns yellow for a week and then goes away.
Is this plant Viable after all this time as the terpins look great, she has small buds growing everywhere now and has a nice skunk smell or are those just new sugar leaves coming out everywhere and I have a Mutant plant with mold all over her thinking they are tenpins?

ah so much to learn thanks for the info.
time to watch videos I guess.
First plant First try.
so re-vegging is bad?
Revegging means it’s trying to stop flowering and starting to regrow. Could be worse. It’ll be a monster. Look up monstercropping.

Turn lights on 18-6. Then light leaks won’t matter. Let it reveg and start throwing regular leaf sets. By then maybe you’ll have figured a location it can be fully light deprived with decent air circulation. Then you can flip to 12/12 and hopefully get something worth the trouble. Transplant before doing all this. It’s surely rootbound by now.

I bought an indoor all in one grow tent that I can setup and coordinate a better grow, this poor plant grew so slowly id like to take it further along in a tent with a proper plan but also start a new one.

Put it in the tent and turn the light on 20-4 or 18-6. It’ll get funky but hang in there. Once it turns back to a normal plant it should be bigger. Tons of shoots. Again read up on monstercropping because that’s what you’re going to be doing.

maybe this?
No. I'm recommend something like this. There are plenty of cheaper lights that will do the job but I have been satisfied with HLG.
