New growth curling in

Early in flower. Ph is around 6.1, ec 1.2, growing in peat and perlite.

Could it be windburn? Or something else?

With stretch like that I would consider both,wind is causing an area in the stem to dry due to direct fan.

Do you have air blowing direct and constant at the tops? And if yes, why?

Needs way more light. And are you sure the media pH is ~6.2?
