You're wrong again. That dot org site you posted is also not in any way affiliated with the State of New York. I don't care if they do or don't post his mugshot but they passed a law in 2020. Many states have done it as well because of those crappy record search websites that you just posted. It's because you can have your mugshot taken and then not be convicted and sites like the one you posted collect those mugshots and then charge people to get them to remove them.
I prefer to look at things objectively and gather all the facts from reliable sources and not just post a link to some scammy pay-per-view record search website. So many of you let emotions guide your thought process. I prefer to go by facts. They might release it and they might not. We'll just have to wait and see. But according to the law there is no specific law enforcement purpose to do so and would constitute an invasion of privacy according to New York law currently in place.
Lets look at actual New York Law from the actual New York State website. I know, actual facts. Some might want to look away and skip this post since facts seem so painful to many.

They could release his mug shot to the public to search for other victims to come forward if they recognize this criminal...There's plenty of justification for that.
