TRUMP CONVICTED

If a convicted felon cannot vote, how could Trump be pres. if he is convicted of a felony,I'm not confident on the New York charges but he is going down in GA.and the Jan6/Mar-A-Lago will also lead to at least 1 fel. conviction between 2024-28.
The Constitution doesn't prevent a person with a fenony or any conviction on his record other than insurrection from serving as prez. For good reason too. Witness the uneven quality of judges in the US today. All one needs is for a political group to get a bad judge to stick a political opponent with a fenlony charge and that would be it. Also, it's ridiculous that people who have served their sentence can't vote, same with serving as prez, if they can get enough people to vote for them.

Do you think Trump has any chance of winning the general election?

he'll keep doing that and more. New York has him now, imo i'll leave it to the lawyers and the judges to see what happens, now it's time for Georgia to do they're thing and Jack.....

Jack supposedly has the slam dunk against trump.....but we'll see.......
Glen Kerchner was saying that the docs case could come before Georgia according to recent reports. They can still finish up details on the case like NY while he is awaiting trial and I think the docs and obstruction cases will be fast, once he is indicted, both with a fast trial date (he has known about this for months before the indictments and had lawyers for months over it) and a speedy trial with few delays. He has no defense and the evidence is overwhelming and he just confessed a motive on national TV, $18 million bucks and he figured he could have gotten much more than that, billions.

Seriously, when they indict him for the docs and obstruction, he won't have nearly the time to prepare a defense for trial as he has in NY. The judge will look at the prima facie case and evidence and consider possible defenses and motions before setting aside a few weeks at most to try the case. Trump knew about this long before indictment and had a team of lawyers and himself involved with it, the judge won't give him months to prepare a defense. The DC judge who tries and sentences Trump will have had similar cases where they sentence defendants to serious time for far less crimes than this and they have done it many times and use sentencing guidelines and the precedent of their sentences, and going by those standards he will get out of a cage in a bag just for the docs and the obstruction carries as much time.

For our Season 2 finale, we dive into how Trump’s experience entering the court system differs from… just about every other person to ever be indicted in America – complete with the cable news circus who went all in on delivering speculative fanfiction and then was upset when the indictment didn’t actually live up to the realities of checks notes a long and boring legal procedure.

The Central Park Five should put an article in the Times
The papers should run it for free, they took blood money and published a lie for profit (like foxnews) when he paid for full page ads calling for their execution before trial. He was looking for victims to "other", trying out his future tactics of, victimization hate and division. That one incident should have disqualified him from nomination FFS, not to mention all the other shit. Is it any wonder he started his run for president with the birther lie and insulting Mexicans.

His power comes from the hate, the fear and character flaws of people who vote republican and hate and fear other Americans more than they love their country. Trump is one of the most repugnant human beings to walk the planet a real obvious POS and unfit for cutlery much less civil society. He clarified the true motives of republicans perfectly, they are bigots, racists, antisocial assholes and the con artists who ride atop them like a herd of cattle, ready to be stampeded at the sound of Trump's dog whistle. There are no other reasons to vote for Trump or any republican, he exposed those who voted and supported him for the wretched creatures they really are.

I myself didn't start w/blind rage,I was never a supporter, upon his election I tried to approach it w/a open mind holding out hope that all the bombastic posing and complete disrepectful name calling would end and the weight of responsibility would humble this man. I figured I'd ignore all the red flags and his checkered past and take a wait and see approach. Day one combative inaugural speech filled w/lies and blame, next day blaming media for inaugural coverage and lying about attendance numbers w/K.A. Comway throwing out the "alternative facts" quote which quickly became "fake news" to rebut anything deemed disagreeable to his administration. This is 48 hrs. of his adm. and already off the cliff and a omen of all the lies, disruption, endless staff turnover, all the crazy tweeting, bailing to Mar-A-Lago every weekend, dissing intel, tearing down repected agencies, sucking up to Autocrats, calling captured and KIA vets losers and on and on. Fact, the most unhinged, narcistic, and unpatriotic man to ever hold the office, never once putting the country's well being over his own.
You had more self control than i did...I went into his term of office expecting him to steal the silverware, and everything else that wasn't nailed down, and to turn world relations into a bowel of diarrhea soup...I was not proven wrong, i just didn't expect enough fuckery from the fat orange fuck.

Do you suppose he has a secretary? That would be a fucking horrible job, and Smith would have already subpoenaed the shit out of them...I guess he does have to keep up with shit on his own. Wonder how that's going for him? He's 20 years older than me, gets no exercise beyond walking from a golf cart to a ball and back, and I already walk into the kitchen and then stand there, wondering why the fuck i came to the kitchen....
