Depending on what stage your in there are different options. Citric acid will fry them and the eggs and you can go pretty strong if in veg. In flower it works as well but high strength will burn the pistils. It's available at most grocery stores in the canning section. It's cheap and safe.

An ISO spray ( rubbing alcohol 70% + ) with water ( 2:1 ratio of water to iso or a 1:1 heavy duty ) can do a similar desiccate type of instant treatment.
Good news - ISO will evaporate quickly after application. I have used even high proof everclear ( food grade grain alcohol ) and water for a quantum torpedo spread on the borg.

Not only did it trash the adults it discolored the eggs and killed those too. I did 2 treatments …. First full spray down ( stalk / leaf matter / nodes ) then 15 minutes later ….. a second treatment . I would scope the plant 15 minutes after that , looking for any lifesigns.
