If you really want quality glass, look at Leupold brand. They're one of the few times I've really spent some heavy coin and been happy with the results. They run 175-500 bucks but have really good anti fog coatings and optical quality lenses. Monacular lenses don't offer very wide site pictures but are easy to pack in a fanny pack or jacket pocket. All my good rifles have Leupold glass on them for scopes and some are more expensive than the actual rifle. Good stuff.
