Got my new Zenni's this morning....damn they screwed up again. They were supposed to be a blue frame with blue mirrored lenses, and they are black frames with a blue tint lens, but definitely not mirrored.

I emailed them....Their customer service is in China I believe, as I can't understand their "english" on the phone.

Ugh!!

You could go on fiver and see if someone in your area speaks mandarin and english to talk for you. Or try going through email, which takes longer, but you at least don't have someone on the other line making you feel bad that you can't understand eachother, lol

Just saw this. Useful Seeds has passed away. His nephew posted he passed about a month ago. He was definitely one of the good guys. I'm so grateful I got a chance to meet him a couple months ago as he had recently moved and was living close to me. He was a super kind and generous guy. May he rest in peace and condolences to his family and friends.
