Man!! That is impressive. I hear it’s harder to root taking a cut the further you go into flower. I may be taking cuts in week 3 myself. I thought about a re-veg after harvest but that takes up precious space.

We tried to go there a few weeks ago but they we’re closed that day for some reason. Funny though, I was standing out front of there like a month ago…Very cool I never did make it to the fancy hat school lol but I have cooked in a few places Pat O'Brien's down in New Orleans was the nicest

Reveg was my only other option if the Bubba Kush clone didn't root. I was sweating watching that one to root. I have more seeds of Purest Indica so that was one I had a little room to mess up. I've had the pre 98 Bubba Kush for 2 years now and just love the terps and relaxed buzz from it. Hoping I never lose that one.

Just grabbed a decent pic of the Bubba Kush in flower and you can see the Blue Kush seeds popping out. Hoping for better branch strength and structure with a taste of the coffee flavor I love so much from the Bubba mom.
Sounds awesome! Have you smoked both strains? Isn't that telltale swell so cool? Seeds on the way, yay!

No the Blue Kush pollen came from Doug Dawson from a reproduction run he did. It's Blue Moon rocks x Sour Bubble. I have smoked the sour bubble and it's a really good heavy indica that's pretty potent. Should be fun to see how the Bubba does in comparison to the Northern Lights and Purest Indica plants that got pollinated with the same pollen. It's my first pollen chuck so I'll be thrilled with all I'm sure.

Packed up for NYC. I have to apply a coat of finish on my studio desktop to do before we leave.
Got cash in my pocket for weed in NY. I just need to write instructions for the house sitter.
It looks like I have just enough weed that I might have 1 joint when I get home.
All in all seems like I planned it fairly well, now to put that plan in contact with the enemy (traveling with family.)

I grew up riding in one of those old station wagons. Never with suicide doors and a couch though. I'd totally drive that and be a happy camper.

My little sister shut the door on her own hand. Never heard such a high pitched scream. Luckily my Mom was able to get it open quickly and nothing broken. I had mine slammed in a 1970 Cutlass by my Dad when I was little but just pinched it. That was way before seat belts were the law when I used to ride on the package shelf by the back window... yikes. Still remember handing Dad beers from the cooler on long trips. How anyone from my generation survived is a mystery.

I’m elementary school, one of the boys was chasing the girls, the girls ran into the bathroom and slammed the door just as the dude got one finger in the doorway.
Severed it right there, was just hanging on by a little flap of skin. First time seeing gore in person…I think I was maybe 7 or 8

Aside from TV "gore" of the 60s/70s, my first sight of real trauma was tripping into a storm door.
Broke through 2 panes of glass that day.
Slashed my wrist open. Still got the scars.
At 12 years old, there is no "being ready" to see one's own life's essence flow.
