I think that is a French lavender, and mine is English, it doesn't have the frills. Mine is what is usually used in sachet's, really fragrant when dry.

Impossible.
I’m gonna skirt the decking one of these days but all the deck stairs screws the fencing idea up lol. It’s what I originally wanted to do though.

I was thinking from the corner of the house, unless you don't want them on the porch.
Edit: after looking at it you would need the skirting on it still. Baby gate on the porch? lol.
