TRUMP CONVICTED

Federal prosecutors have filed criminal charges against New York Rep. George Santos, the Republican lawmaker whose astonishing pattern of lies and fabrications stunned even hardened politicos, according to three sources familiar with the matter.

Santos is expected to appear as soon as Wednesday at federal court in New York’s eastern district, where the charges have been filed under seal.

The exact nature of the charges couldn’t immediately be learned but the FBI and the Justice Department public integrity prosecutors in New York and Washington have been examining allegations of false statements in Santos’ campaign finance filings and other claims.

I haven't seen an article on it yet, but MSNBC just reported that George Santos has be criminally charged by the DOJ,
Word is he surrenders tomorrow morning and is indicted in the afternoon, for what we don't exactly know, but there are several potential indictments including wire and mail fraud. Santos is clearly no Trump, just a mere shadow of his greatness, why George never lasted long at all and is gone like a fart in a strong breeze!

The main thing is not this POS, but the seat he occupies that would probably go to the democrats, that would make the democrats up one and Kevin down one. It could be the end of Kevin's house, but I don't think George will resign, he needs the paycheck and wants the pension too, so he will just do his time while getting paid by the taxpayers, I figure, Kevin will say he is innocent until proven guilty, so him leaving the house might take a while.

as long as they give him 2 years or more, he can no longer vote. It won't be as good as getting rid of him, but it will make mccarthy's life more miserable, which is a good thing.

They are on the highway to Hell and Donald is driving with the pedal to the metal. If they can make them believe absurdities, they can make them commit atrocities. Trump exposed them for who and what they are, it has apparently been emptying out the pews and causing a lot of youth to eschew the churches. The young are not as conditioned as older people they can see hypocrisy more clearly and being born yesterday does not mean a pre punched ticket through the pearly gates. They have been seduced by an agent of the Devil, the epitome of the 7 deadly sins and the Bible warned of such things! I could preach fire and brimstone to the heathen!

Trump says he will appeal E. Jean Carroll case over ‘unconstitutional silencing’
Former President Trump claims he was wrongfully silenced during the trial involving author E. Jean Carroll, whose lawsuit against Trump concluded Tuesday with a jury finding he sexually assaulted and defamed her, saying that he will appeal the case over its “unconstitutional silencing.”

“Waiting for a jury decision on a False Accusation where I, despite being a current political candidate and leading all others in both parties, am not allowed to speak or defend myself, even as hard nosed reporters scream questions about this case at me. In the meantime, the other side has a book falsely accusing me of Rape, & is working with the press,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post Tuesday, hours before the verdict was announced.

“I will therefore not speak until after the trial, but will appeal the Unconstitutional silencing of me, as a candidate, no matter the outcome!” he added.

Judge Lewis Kaplan previously raised concerns about the former president’s public comments on the trial. A court filing by Carroll’s lawyers pointed to Kaplan’s concerns about the posts, who earlier said Trump was “basically endeavoring certainly to speak to his ‘public,’ but, more troublesome, to the jury in this case about stuff that has no business being spoken about.”

“For the reasons previously stated, we continue to object to Mr. Trump’s public statements about evidence the Court held to be inadmissible at trial and remain concerned about the prejudice that his statements may have already caused Plaintiff in these proceedings” Carroll’s lawyers wrote in the letter.

Carroll’s legal team sent the letter to Kaplan earlier this month, raising their concerns about Trump’s Truth Social posts he made during the beginning of the trial. One of the posts in question called Carroll’s lawyer a “political operative” and decried the allegations as a “fraudulent & false story.”

A separate separate post flagged by Carroll’s legal team questioned whether Carroll made a police report at the time, saying, “Does anybody believe that I would take a then almost 60 year old woman that I didn’t know, from the front door of a very crowded department store, (with me being very well known, to put it mildly!, into a tiny dressing room, and …. her.”

The former president was given the opportunity to defend himself in a testimony to the jury during the trial, but he did not appear. The court granted Trump three days to file a motion to reopen his case last week “for the sole purpose of testifying as a witness in this case,” but Trump ultimately missed the deadline earlier this week.

Former Trump press secretary says harassment was ‘really bad’
Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said that she witnessed first-hand former President Trump’s alleged sexual harassment, describing it as “really bad, to the point that I was extremely uncomfortable.”

During an appearance on CNN earlier this week, Grisham detailed the harassment she observed while working under the then-president. She added that she wanted to protect a specific staffer, who she said Trump would frequently take on trips with him.

Grisham also detailed an incident in which Trump called a staffer to come back to “look at her ass.”
“He one time had one of my other deputies bring her back so that they could look at her ass, is what he said to him,” Grisham said. “I sat down and talked to her at one point, asked her if she was uncomfortable.”

“I tried everything I could to ensure she was never alone with him,” she added.
While she noted that Trump would frequently comment on people’s looks and speculate about cosmetic surgery, Grisham said the harassment against the specific staffer was particularly alarming.

“But with this one staffer, it was really bad, to the point that I was extremely uncomfortable,” Grisham said. “I did everything I could to keep her off of trips actually, and to stay with her if she was with him alone because I was really nervous about what could happen.”
The former Trump spokeswoman noted that senior staffers also knew about the situation at the time. She claimed she had spoken to various chiefs of staff, such as Mark Meadows, about the issue.

“I think, at the end of the day, what could they do other than go in there and say, ‘This isn’t good, Sir’?” she said. “Donald Trump will do what Donald Trump wants to do.”

Grisham’s statements come just a day after a New York civil court found Trump sexually abused writer E. Jean Carroll in the 1990s, and later defamed her when he denied her claims. Trump criticized the verdict, lashing out at the judge and jury on his social media platform Truth Social.
“The partisan Judge & Jury on the just concluded Witch Hunt Trial should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for allowing such a travesty of Justice to take place,” Trump wrote.

Might have been a good idea to say something about this to the press, even anonymously, instead of waiting till it was too fucking late...Speaking up from perfect safety isn't brave, or noble, it's kind of pathetic...

Sounds like the "host" tried to keep trump's bullshit under control, with minor success. Also sounds like a hand picked audience to massage his ego, which makes up 90% of his mass....the other 10% being cheeto dust, big mac and kfc grease, and diet coke.

She asked him actual questions and he told her "You're a nasty person" .....
You can't make this shit up, and who would if they could?

I would have the right to

smh

That was quite the spectacle on CNN and they are taking a shitload of flack over it even over at MSNBC. To do that in a town hall setting full of tRump supporters was ludicrous IMO.

But think of the ratings! lol
