That sub looks so great! A little drizzle of Italian dressing and I am in!!

Just going to run errands for tomorrows cookout...and a few other errands, and might stop at the park for a walk.

But I need a sub sandwich first!! :P

I was surprised...I stopped at a Subway a month ago. hadn't been to one in years, like pre-Covid. It was awesome....They changed a few things up. Even the tomatoes were good. I mean it wasn't as good as this beauty you made, but great for Subway. They actually pile the ham on now. (probably fake turkey ham, but....) I've been back 2-3 times now. I think that might be my first stop as I have to hit the pharmacy right near there anyways!!

It feels so good to feel human again, and have all those extra meds cleared out of my system!!

I don't work with metal but I have never had this problem in the past. The inevitable scratches yes, but not like this. My insurance covers annual visits so my copay isn't that bad.
Are you getting the delamination like these?

I hate that. It's like trying to see through Vaseline. This is what my last pair of shop glasses looked like. @manfredo those where zenni.

Nothing stands up to grinder dust for very long though.
Or the 196" x 6" belt sander I use for graining stainless steel

It's the stainless that's bad. Steel, aluminum.....bronze are not as bad. Bad, but stainless I find the most damaging.

The first set this time pretty much. A little less prominent now. I'm pretty careful with them so the scratches are a mystery.

I had this one pair I actually had weld spatter melted in....on the inside. Scared the shit out of me when it came in. Small piece but I wouldn't want it in my eye
I was once standing behind a batting cage watching a guy hit balls. He missed one and the ball hit the cage in front of my face and a rusty shard flew into my cornea, dead center on my pupil. It was very disconcerting having the surgeon use what seemed like a dremel tool on the surface of my eyeball. I actually didn't know there was a problem until the next day. I thought I had conjunctivitis so I went to the clinic and they saw it right away.

Damn! That would be horrible. My friend when I was younger had solder somehow get in his eye and I remember him telling me about that drill.

My housemate ate shrooms....I asked him a couple hours ago if they kicked in, and he wasn't sure...I hear him rummaging like a rat in his bedroom, looking for something. Sounds like he tore the place apart looking, lol.

That shit is like speed I swear!!
