Yeah that’s the hotel. But $3100 for three days at Disneyland seems a little steep right now. And that’s for the CHEAP room… Haha, but totally worth it if I don’t take her for a couple years
Yeah my son thought we'd better have someplace local to take her for naps etc..... it worked out great. Each bedroom had it's own private balcony so we could retreat a little from each other (we are both a tad high strung) and have a little decompression time with the vape pen LOL Then it was exit into DCA or hop onto the Monorail for the traditional park side. Finally the Downtown Disney mall was fun to pick up a glass of wine and people watch at the UVA bar it was very expensive but made it so much easier with a baby.
It was Halloween and prepping for the Oogie Boogie Bash, the bar I would sneak down to at 6 am for my coffee and quiet decompression before anyone was up. I love having my coffee poolside. Finally our individual balconies, theirs has Zoe all ready for dinner at Napa Rose.

Those look so good. I had planned to go to Costco the other day and didn't make it. Tuesday is the day. Hopefully that date holds firm LOLPS it was the trip of a lifetime I just wish Zoe had been even a year older but we'll do another for my big birthday. If I make it I'm buying this time and getting a named room. It will be a trip with her grammy she'll never forget and she'll be young enough to really enjoy it and I'll be there to see it with a place to retreat to when over stimulated.

Yeah I think 5 is the perfect age for a first timer. Mackenzi was tall enough to ride everything except Indiana Jones, so it’s ideal. I’m hoping I can get back for a three day Disney adventure in 31 months or so…lol, just put away $100 a month into the Disney fund, and take her for the Christmas season when she’s 7 1/2. That’s the ideal amount of time between trips to keep the Magic alive, and she’ll be old enough to enjoy three days in a row of amusement parks.That's why you have the money left to buy those

I completely agree. We have annual passes and it was too much exposure. Now a 3 day trip there is perfect about 3-5 years apart. As you said a Disney fund fuels it, and a swear jar. Amazing how often I say the word fuck.
Nota Bene: I have zero plans to stop saying it I just toss in the cash as the cost of being me.
You have baroreceptors in those carotids, just an FYI.

Going to be a beautiful day here too.....I have a bunch of projects to choose from, and none overly pressing. Lots of plant projects, from trimming bud to planting cukes that I have not bought yet.

I had someone asking about peaches already. They probably won't be ready until the middle of July, the small amount I have anyway. I had years of over 600 peaches before and sold them all locally. I think Red Haven are the best freestone peaches around. Nothing like snagging one off the tree and munching it down with juices running down your hand.

I was looking at a local garden center ad and noticed pear trees, were like $600 for a 3' tree or something crazy like that.
I remember going to a farm with my grandparents in late summer and they would buy a bushel of #2 peaches, bring them home and get busy making peach everything. Most of it got canned, and grandma made killer peach jam. That lady could cook!! And sew. Times have changed!!
I eat canned peaches at least once a week. Fresh are so much better though!

I let mine ripen on the tree so their shelf life is short but the taste is outstanding. One lady that buys them cans them and sells them.
