Should i continue to train this

Nice plant! Looks pretty evenly spread out already, and at this point it's probably close to done growing vertically, so I'm not sure what other training you could actually do anyway.

In a few weeks you'll likely have to focus more on supporting branches so they don't all flop over on each other....

Personal preference really. I don't do any like high stress training once she's flowering good (unless there is a runaway shoot that needs pinched and bent. But thats only if i have to.) but I'll continue to even canopy by tying down. Like mentioned above be ready for top heavy buds. I've had them topple over, over night.

Makes for a shitty next day's work.

Pluck off some of the larger fan leaves that are clearly overlapping colas. This will increase your end yield and those buds will turn out a lot better getting direct light vs having a big ass fan leaf covering it. Don't go crazy cause some genetics can hermaphrodite from the stress, plucking a few leaves here n there shouldn't cause any problems unless the genetics are weak (IMO).

I have done the "shwazzee" bullshit day 21 into 12/12 and had decent results but plants kinda just looked wack so now I Just lollipop up to the 2nd-3rd node a week before flower and get way better results and don't need to pluck a ton of leaves due to a shorter wider canopy.

So when they go into flowering they stop growing vertically ?

It's trained pretty sweet already. Clean up the bottom abit. Pluck some leaves here are there in the canopy. Covering flowering spots. Doesn't all have to done at once. Take your time and see how the plant reacts. Get it done right. Looking good.
