I currently have 3 of these as well. They are new, but seem to be working really well. I also have 2 of the A6 fans as well. They appear to be the same but no connection to the vivosun controller. Oh, they are also only 2 speeds.

I got 2 of these, had to return 1 as the ballast didn't work but got new 1 within just a couple days. Pretty good little light she's bright. Gonna use her as a veg light.
