Transplant shock sad plants please help

Hello I'm sorry I'm really worried my seedling got transplanted 4 days ago and It's still very droopy with no sign of recovery.
I inspected the roots 2 times once when I was putting it in and 2th time 3 hours ago with a friend we both saw white strings.
the soil is potting mix, 30% perlite, some added compost and tiny bit of sulfur its the same as their starter pot.
I adjusted the ph and watered the new pot layer by layer when I was preparing it few days prior and added some new holes to the pot.
I put the images in attachments in order from top to bottom before transplant and 3 and 4 days after it.
I don't have access to high quality boosters here (sanctioned) but I searched and I can get good humic acid and amino acid boosters that are sold for fantasy flowers and are universal root boosters, best I could do was to spray the spot with high potassium npk (10-52-10) (I used 1/3 of the dose) and vitamin booster.
one more question, do aquarium ph upper and downer usable in soil ? because the soil ones I tried to buy were expired mostly.

p.s. currently the leaves feel dry but not crispy so I use a humidity dome that I mist twice a day and have her light at 50 % (100 w led)
edit: humidity is 52 in the room and 69 in the dome while tempertures are 23 C and 23 C respectively.

Don't be pulling out the plant. There is such a thing as doing too much; loving the plant to its literal death.

How often are you watering? Roots need oxygen. If you keep watering it the roots will not get oxygen. What size pot are you in?

You’re making things more complicated than they need to be no offense. And never yank a plant out to inspect the roots once it has been planted you’re just going to continue to shock it and possibly even kill it if you continue to do so. There is no need to water layer by layer. Execute the transplant and soak the medium afterwards. Temps are fine but I wouldn’t let them get below 70. I’d also do away with the humidity dome and let the plant breathe. Use a humidifier if you need to, to get the humidity in the grow area up. Also a 100 watt light dimmed to 50 watts is a bit low imo. Will it work sure but I wouldn’t say it’s ideal start to finish unless you’re fine with a wispy skinny plant with a low yield. Run it at full and keep it at an appropriate distance and consider getting a bigger light.

As for the PH stuff sure you could use that but I have no experience doing it that way with those products so my advice would be just order some general hydroponics PH up and down off of Amazon if you can they’re dirt cheap.

As for nutrients I’m not sure what to tell you there other than there’s gotta be a way to get your hands on proper nutes one way or another. There’s always a way unless your mail/packages are being opened and inspected before you get them and in that case I’d be taking my ass to another country.

*edit* Also start your seedlings off in plugs or solo cups. If using solo cups poke holes in the bottom of it and transplant when they’re not so tiny. I noticed your plant is extremely small.

oh I didn't yank it I slowly dig with my fingers around the site to see the color, I picked the dome up this morning and regarding the lights it was in the guide to lower the light after transplant their main light is 1k panel, should i just put it under that ? and sadly I live in a sanctioned country so no amazon everything I want I need to get it locally.

WTH did you germinate them in and did you plant a chunk of it in the new medium?
as was in the guides I germinated them in a tissue after root was out, I put it in a small pot same mix as above (potting mix 30% perlite with 10 % pit moss and sulfur weeks prior to transplant to adjust its ph.
I used a chunk of its own medium and put it in the new pot where the roots were suppose to be then just as normal applied slight pressure to fix the stem, leaves feel dry but they are not crispy so I think root still has problem taking in the water ?

How often are you watering it? Do not use a dome. Let it dry until the pot is light to pick up.
I use one of those gardeners sensors for it's moisture and only water when its drying and its not near the wet side at the root level almost in the middle unless i go way deeper.
(I did the finger test and the weight test but I still wanted to be sure so I bought this thing) what do I do ?

one thing I noticed is that the top of one leave that is curling at the bottom has more color density at the tip like a lot (under the light it looks surprisingly more green) can this be some sort of nutrient toxicity ?

the pot size went from 6 L to 20 L after I detected 3 sets of leaves, I think I was too impatient regarding its health and you're right i think I killed it with love... this sucks, I'm gonna just leave it and forget it ,everything's automated anyways.

Have you considered nursery bags? AC Infinity sells them in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 gallon bags. I use these for seedlings, clones, up to teen vegging plants. The bags air prune the roots and allow for oxygenation in the root zone. When it’s time to transplant you don’t have to remove anything just place the nursery bag into the next pot. Zero shock.
Each size comes in a 50pak. I’ve been using them for awhile It’s been a game changer.
Not just for transplanting but overall plant health and I can veg in these container a lot longer than I can in plastics.

I looked for these everywhere but it was sold in most local websites in my country (Iran) and their prices can be a lot here, maybe next paycheck.

Bro, your plant will be fine if you don't look at it for the next 4 days, lol.

You'll know if it's been too long without water. The media will be dry and the pot will be very light to pick up - like a full gallon of water jug weight going to a gallon of water jug with only a cup or two of water left in the jug weight. Then if you push it longer, all the leaves will wilt. Even then a full water will have it spring back to life within an hour.

Take an identical pot that this plant is in and fill it with the same soil. Take note of its weight. Now you know when the one your plant is in is bone dry.

Once the pot is dry, saturate it and let it dry 3/4 of the way or so (50-75% lighter than fully watered) before you saturate again. Depending on pot and plant size, that could be 3-7 days.

Lose that thing. Water by weight. Let it dry out for a bit.
