I'd repeat the last week of feed that you used before switching to plain water. Next time you can just add to the mid bloom as the feed charts recommend. Just personally I figure everything "8-9 weeks" will take 10....

That recipe is only suitable for 2-3 part feeds. It's good information from General Hydroponics though.
