I usually sell them to a person that does exactly that. Once they are skinned there isn't enough "meat" left around the pit to make it worthwhile. I like eating them fresh and I'm not a fan of peach jam. I have skinned them and coated them in lemon juice before then frozen them for later consumption. The juice prevents browning. I might just bag some up whole and freeze them.
Give her a deal....She loves them. It might be worth the extra effort to her.

Peach infused preserves, on vanilla ice cream....Yum.

Grandma used to make killer peach jam. That girl could cook!!

Oh boy....I just wandered by my propane tank and thought, I bet it's getting low. 3% showing on the gauge. I shuffled my butt right inside and ordered a fill up.

Next problem is this..... The white thing is the tank... I wonder if he'll notice????

Every time I pick up a beer, it's almost drained in 3 gulps .
The bong hits help pace it out, but then you can't figure out how the beer is empty when you pick it up again.
Lose track of time with Headband, along with your wallet, keys, phone etc.
A group of us used to head out to the Colorado River. The guys could put down a case a day. I don't remember seeing anyone drunk.
