Looked something like this for several pots.
Once every two weeks. I also used recharge/kelp during the off week.
How much depends on your pot sizes. Read the side of the bag for amounts.
I have them all in 3 gallons and one 2 gallon so 2 TBS around the top of soil then water it in? And is it the same all throughout all of flowering

2 tbs per gallon of media, water afterwards. Yes, same routine till harvest is how I do it.

I ran just the veg formula through the entire grow last run and had zero issues. Two tblsp per gallon of soil every two weeks works great. Having some epsom salt around for occasional magnesium deficiencies is also helpful.

I used to use it once a week up until mid flower. It works fine with organic dry amendments.
Ok what about Dr earth It's 2 tbsp per gallon of soil every 2 weeks right ?

IIRC, you're off by a factor of 8
1Tbsp/gal every 2 months is the recommended amount.

That's the rate I used but Dr Earth says less. I think they recommend 1/4 cup per 5 gallons. I never had issues at 2 TBLS per gallon of soil though.

I top dressed every 2 weeks at 2 TBLS per gallon of soil for multiple grows and never had any problems. Every two months would be way too little to get through flower.

My apologies, I gave info for the Tomato/Veg(4-6-3) fertilizer I have rather than FlowerGirl.
They might have different recommendations.
The Tomato and Veg fertilizer (4-6-3) says every 2 months.

That might work fine for tomatoes, peppers and corn that's had the base soil amended with 1/4 cup before planting. If you don't add it before planting and you try growing cannabis with that frequency you'd only get 1 or two applications in before harvest and the plant will be starving.
If every two months works for you then roll with it. There's plenty of ways to skin a cat. Not trying to be argumentative but I have a bunch of grows under my belt using the application rate I listed. In the dry amendments threads you'll also see people applying it every two weeks.
