What up growers!!! So this is my second time growing indoors and I want to see if I’m doing everything right. I have a 2x4x5 tent with 189cfm in-line fan, sf2000 led grow light from spider farmer, 2 fans for air circulation. I am growing three Royal Bluematic aka Blueberry from RoyalQueenSeeds. Two in 3 gallon fabric pots and one in a jiffy pot to start. My humidity stays in between 60-70% and temps always in the 80’s sometimes mid 70’s. I am currently not running my exhaust fan until veg but I do turn it on here n then to condition inside the grow tent. I have humidity domes on them in the meantime but at time when I take it them off I find the one with the longer serrated leaves tipped over I’m not sure becuase of my rn blowing on it or something else. Any helps n tips is much appreciated!!

yep you learn that the hard way, dampening off is no fun!
I wonder if a dome would have a place in a desert for germing
I live in the Mojave Desert and I use a dome for seedlings just until they sprout. The dome is to keep the pellets moist not to increase humidity for the seedlings. The moment their heads are above the pellet the dome is off and they go under the lights. hth

just know when striking roots, less light is better, try to give them little light and nurse them into rooting with good oxygenation in the root zone

Start removing the dome until the seedlings begin to droop then put the dome back on and let them regain strength and so it again until they no longer droop. Domes should never be used in my opinion for seedlings or clones. Yes if you pull seedlings as soon as they crack the surface you don't have this problem but clones OMFG so it takes a week to root then another to acclimate them. Not to mention if anything goes wrong it goes wrong for the whole tray under the dome.

If you have AC then probably. Otherwise Winter sure. Summer nfw. In the desert I just put seeds in dirt and put them in the cupboard. Did outside grows @ 110f+ off grid in Nevada. No AC.

that’s what I actually did the other day when I removed the some I noticed it dropped then it straightened right up after putting the dome back on but so far everything’s been going good without the dome, humidity is at 71% and temp is at 82°
