White paint vs mylar

I have white paint in my closet on the walls. Been thinking of doing something reflective. Does it make a 3 to 4 hour pain in the ass job worth it?

I'm not sure how much better Mylar is, but I installed it in my closet in about 5 minutes! Maybe 10 at most, and I have a big ass 4' wide roll I bought cheap.

One way to look at it, is every tent and every par test I have ever seen is using Mylar.

But I agree, white paint is fine!!

Bout a pound either way. I'd just clean the walls in case the plants came into contact.

My grow closet is in my office that I am in 16 hours a day. I had the mylar camping blankets but the fans blow on it and it makes a crinkling noise. I lost my sanity after 3 weeks and ripped it down. Gotcha....that noise would drive one insane!!

White paint it is!! Plenty good enough.
