Perfectly chopped ready for your ardent. Is the trim from the bowl trimmer pretty much the same?
I honestly think mine might look a bit tighter, but I bet I do more prep because of the size of my bowl to help that. I only ATM have bud that's been cured/sitting a month or more, but I'm happy to go snap a pic of some that's been sitting a while if you like.

I haven't done sublingual dosing in awhile as the burn was too much for me. I just add it to whatever I'm drinking at that time of day and very little taste even with the 7 day soak I do. If I was taking it under the tongue I'd probably evaporate it down to RSO and then mix it with something less harsh to dilute the strength. Your batch looks nice!
Added 3 drops to a shot glass of water and down the hatch. Burn 100% gone. Flavor, meh, but definitely mellowed a bit. Effects, not sure how long under the tongue or in a small cup of water takes, but im definitely feeling a little bit. We'll see how the next hour up til bedtime treats me. Haha

I think her picture was actually the byproduct of trimming. Not the buds.

Which bowl do you have? The Vivosun?
May have been! My bad.

I tossed the trim from my last 2 harvests. Not worth smoking, too much effort to process, tastes like poo cuz of all the lil leaves. I am spoiled, but I throw tons of usable weed material out >.<

Yep, I think same one as darkweb. Vivosun 19 inch hand powered.

Question on the tincture process. I believe I saw in Laddyd's post that I followed that he reduces the resulting liquid to 1/3 the original amount after filtering. I am thinking about pouring it all into a 9x13 Pyrex dish tomorrow night after the second rinse is complete for evaporation.

1. Think I can set that on a seedling mat to help move the process along a little faster?

2. Has anybody tried to fashion a little lid with aluminum foil that could collect the condensation and have it drip into another container to reclaim the alcohol?

Is this feasible or dumb and wishful thinking?

1. Yes. As long as you are super SUPER confident it won't overheat, and keeps a consistent temp. A flash fire when you aren't looking could be very bad. So take care.

2 No, but reclaiming alcohol is a thing people do so maybe you can find a guide.

Please don't set yasself on fire

I place mine on the top of the oven with no heat and just run a small fan over the top. I like the oven top as I can run the exhaust vent above it to get rid of flammable fumes. I go from 8 ounces in a measuring cup down to 2 ounces at finish and then jar it up in a mason jar in the freezer for storage. 10 mg oral syringes hold a weeks supply that makes dosing easy. You can get a still to reclaim the Everclear but that's above my level of experience. I get Everclear for a good price from the Army PX store.

I just cover the jar with cheesecloth [as noted by another poster] and set a fan blowing across the top of the jar. It'll reduce down pretty good overnight. I would like to add that I evaporate it in the garage near the exhaust vent.

a water distiller would remove the alcohol quick while recovering a large portion of the alcohol....
