Droopy clones

These are about 2 weeks old I woke up this morning and this is what they look like. The only thing different I did yesterday I'm pretty sure I overwatered them so I watered once in the morning and then before I left I hated it again on accident. What's the best method to get these to bounce back I plan to transplant them today that's another thing I was going to move them today into a 7 gallon pot. Any ideas? I don't want them to die

Growing in coco?
They don’t over water in coco
They look under if anything
Not enough aeration possible and they certainly haven’t overgrown those styrofoam containers
I would mist them to get them where they don’t need a dome and add more drain holes and water them daily
If that’s not coco ignore all advice I’ve given :bigjoint:

So what happened was I was feeding my Bloom plants yesterday and accidentally watered the veg plants with it. I just flushed them and they popped right back
