I broke down and ordered the dimmer and extension cord so I can remote mount the driver on my Progrow1800. It's a bit too much for a tent!

2nd coat of wax on the floor before I showered....Now I just need a nudge...lol

@Jeffislovinlife glad to hear they are going to give the wifey a replacement shoulder....I'm no doctor but just letting it heal sounded barbaric....and on hydrocodone no less! October would be good, then she has all winter to heal up, and give you cooking lessons. :p Prayers for a thorough and speedy recovery!

68 degrees at the moment, dropped to 65 overnight so we have had the windows open with fans since about 10 last night. Humidity is still high for around here, 88%, but feels lower. Supposed to get more sun and top out at 87, I can handle that.
I have no idea who any of those bands are, they must not have passports to get through the gates up north, or I'm just too old.

It may sound barbaric but it's actually an evolution in surgical practice based on statistical learning. Splinting is worth a try depending on location of the break. If it's setting up for a non union then you go for the definitive fix.

... Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin and bands like that are just too slow for me ...
Agree totally. I was one of the few folks alive in the 1970's who considered Led Zed to be vastly overrated - and still do not "Respect The Zep" today.

I preferred Floyd's stuff - but it was very sluggish. Nick Mason considers their material to be dirges but Roger Watters was better at writing slow songs - along with tunes that had non-standard time signatures.

This is the only Floyd tune that I can think of that gets the toes tapping:

And a pretty good - albeit a tad slower - live version. Complete with pigs!

What are your thoughts on Tull?

yep, it just "sounded" barbaric. The body is amazing at healing itself sometimes.

You can see it in his eyes - "My bone ... go away!"
And come on pops, light up another one or lets go for a walk....One or t'uther.

The workshop hasn't been this organized in a while....Time to build something!!
