You could try to clone them but it will be awhile before they pop roots so pending what stage your in probably not worth even messing with it unless it’s a strain you want to save then just take some branches and clone them. But most likely they are done for if they were cut completely off. It takes like 7-14 days for roots to pop with just a moist rapid rooted plug and some cloning gel

Id be more concerned with who cut the plants down.

You can clone branches, idk about entire plants. I guess it would depend on size.
