10 weeks are they ready to flower ?

Hey fellow growers, total newbie to indoor growing, thought I bought auto seeds, being a first timer heard it would be ideal. But they are not , just feminised white widow
Anyway it's been nearly 10 weeks they are about 8 / 9 inces (20cm +) in height. Are they small? Big?
Did re-pot 3 weeks ago and no problems.
Should I switch my cycle currently 18 - 6
Growing in a 2ft x 4ft x 4ft tent

You have 1,200w in a 2x4 tent? That's 4 times the amount necessary.
Since the tent is only 4ft tall, you can flip now or wait till they're about 1 foot tall.
How many you got going?

Ok so there has not been 2 lights all the time, when I re-potted the 1 light didn't look like it was giving enough so I added another.
I have 3 plants, I am sure I have done alot of things wrong but part of learning I guess.
Surprised I got this far.

Yeah, a 10 week veg should be 2-3 ft tall or more depending on how you like to train them, but something is off.

What king of lights are those? 2 600w in a 2x4x4 is way overkill if that is true power. Sounds like advertised wattage of some cheap light or something. Need more info about your setup. Maybe light could be a issue. And pictures of possible.

Those lights are probably more like 150 watts each but will still grow buds. They are a little small though for 10 weeks.

Yeah not over kill actual power only 100w each. Looked them up.

Looked up the lights and your correct, actual power only 100w each.

Lights not as powerful as marked up. Was given the lights and wanted to have a go at growing my own ( sick of paying for ) not saying I will grow any better. Not limited with time so no rush for me,

With the info we have I'd say the light may be a bottleneck in your grow. Perhaps try moving them as close to the plants as you can. Use your hand as a indicator. If it's to hot for ur hand it's to hot for ur plants. Also, what is the manufacturer and model of this light.
