Any idea what this little guy is? He was on one of my pepper in a can plants.

Thanks Curious. I was doing 4:20 yesterday and decided to measure the size of their top canopy. Each one is a hair over 34" square. Two outdoor plants intended simply to augment the indoor plants could each fill their own 3 x 3. Long live dollar store black binder clips and pipe cleaners!
I live in fear of rippers here. We get a lot of home invasion robberies and murders so have to be extra careful. I'd love to try a plant outside.

That sucks - but I get that this happens in the denser populated areas. We are fortunate to live on a private lane with access restricted to residents and temporary visitors. Oh and the myriad of daily UPS/Fed Ex/Purolator delivery dudes. The plants themselves are a good distance from the laneway so ne'er-do-wells can't see them. But if we lived in Suburbia, I wouldn't grow outdoors either.

An old neighbor, who moved from this lane to the burbs of the small town of Lindsay, ON, had his 3 outdoor plants pinched last September. They ripped a hole in his chain link and off they went with his efforts. No personal violence fortunately - but he didn't wanna take that chance this year so he never planted anything in the spring.

They look awesome! How are you feeling about the prospects of them finishing in time? With every cooler morning I grow more nervous. Wacky summer weather here. The two NL (bonus dog shot for good measure ;) IMG_0839.jpegIMG_0838.jpegIMG_0841.jpegIMG_0842.jpeg

You also have a Beanie? A Beanie who looks like he/she does not want to be on top of that table?

Your do as well ... showing some nice stacking on the 2nd last pic.

I have estimated a finish not long after Thanksgiving. No, I am not too worried. These cooler mornings might seem like an anomaly - but they always coincide with arrival of The Ex. After Labour Day, we'll be back to higher temps again to help the ladies finish.

Yes it's a real balance. LA and all it's attractions are a mere hour away. So for a high density area I'm in the lower density part. Compromise is life I guess

That little bugger (name is Boomer) is a Schnoodle :) Poodle and Standard Schnauzer cross. He loves jumping up on furniture, so absolutely no fear as you'd expect from a 2 year old dog :-P

Last year I chopped around Thanksgiving (18th I think), so I know there is time, just feels like they are lagging this year.

Wishing y'all a bountiful harvest! :weed:

Good morning, It's friday for me so Happy Friday.

50 degrees this morning WTAF!
I have a jacket on IN my house at 11 am....brrrr. More coffee! Where is Jeff with refills?

I saw on "just rolled in" that someone actually did that to their friends pickup truck, and the mechanics had a good laugh.

I'm still in my hoodie but we are otw to warm, very warm.

I'm 98% sure it's not a tick. At least not any kind I've seen before.
Looks like a very young cockroach or baby brown beetle. Without a neck I'm going with baby cockroach

I'm going to kick it back into trimming mode this weekend. I'm at 10 weeks from flip and most everything is ready now. And I do plan on using the machine to trim, at least mostly.

I just put the stuff I trimmed last week into brown paper bags....Nearly dry....about 63% RH. And that means I will be pressing rosing very, very soon. :blsmoke: :blsmoke: :blsmoke:
