Oh man. I was just doing some digging to find my last blueberry cupcake plant to see what it looked like and what it ended up weighing dried and cured. Let's just say that i forgot just how sickly and sad she looked at harvest. My goal this time, i said that anything over 8oz, i'll be happy with. That said, i'd love to hit 12oz. After seeing the pics from last plant and looking at this one, i am super confident that i set a reasonable goal.

Damn I had a throbbing head all day yesterday too....It's down to a miler throb today, and my coffee is almost down without puking....That's a good sign  I stayed in until 7 pm again.

I called my dr yesterday and asked for another migraine med as my insurance would not pay for Nurtec, and I need more anti nausea meds. Still waiting.

And another scorcher, but maybe some rain and then cooler tomorrow.

Nice day to empty my old raised beds and sift all the media. Going to replace 2 4x4 beds with a 9x3 metal unit. I have to sift all the old media to get rid of stones, gravel and hydroton which worked together to make a joke of my carrots. Oh and Rapid rooters do not break down even after a decade in my compost pile. I can put all the crap I sifted out in the bottom of the new bed along with the rotting boards of the old beds and a summers worth of cardboard boxes, mostly ac infinity stuff? The things you learn doing mindless work.20230907_100010.jpg20230907_100028.jpg20230907_102121.jpg20230907_102635.jpg

Come do me next! Gotta put down grass seed where the tub was. Then ruin it again next year. Don’t ask me… the condo board is dumb.

Venturing off to the hydro store for some new nutes!!

82 degrees already....and climbing. I think this is the last of our heatwave.
We have been in the upper 90s for the past 4 days. It's been miserable with temps in the house daily around 80-83. Today is supposed to hit 96 and then we look like we're done with the 90s for the rest of the year. Going to have to buy another AC for next year to deal with these crazy high temps. Just got to make it through today and hopefully it will cool off enough to finally get some sleep.
