They look pretty. Bury the stems. I sprinkle a little rooting agent on the stems first and bury them up to almost touching the leaves. That is not enough perilite. You might need some extra aeration for the soil. I notice the soil looks dark. Is that from watering or the natural color is that dark. I'm just saying do not water too much without some more aeration.
What strains?

there ok, but you want your light a bit closer, it stops that stem streach, that or use the 24hrs of light trick to get compact growth. you will get closer spaceing during the two weeks streach that way
you could also cut some white paper plates or white plastic in circles and place them around the stems. it reflets light upwards , its better then ally foil or mylar.
also, repot them into proper plant pots, clear pots allow light to get to the roots, which they dont like (depending on light type/strength),
a fan will blow the stems, breaking the outer layer and strengthening the stems. this also stops so much streach to a point. plus the one on the left don't look happy, new soil would correct that
the little one is amiss , assuming your on a 18/6 light hr IIRC (I USE 24HRS OF LIGHT, SO THEY DONT GROW AS FAST oops, , if that one on the left 2 weeks old, it looks like it might be a runt

They look good. Look like they r reaching far for light and stretching. Not a horrible thing but think about your overall space and stop the early stretching if you need 2
