She is after his money, a lot of it, he could end up losing all his NY holdings including Trump tower $250 million is the minimum amount, it could end up much more and I suspect he can't raise the cash to pay the bill. He is also on the hook for $300 million over Truth social, if they break him and bankrupt him before trial, he will end up disqualified and bankrupt, again, before he even goes on trial. Jack could also go after his election grift money over wire and mail fraud, he could have to pay money back there. He owes federal tax just like he does NY state taxes, but I haven't heard anything about that. Then he faces criminal prosecution for tax fraud, state and federal.

I believe Jack is also looking into the super pac grift over false election conspiracies… freeze the funds.

Too bad we don’t have those legendary “ hanging judges “ from days gone by. Hanging Judge Roy Bean was famous for saying, “Hang 'em first and try 'em later.”

However , there was one particular judge named Isaac Parker of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who sentenced 160 (156 men and 4 women) to hang between 1875-1896, leading to the executions of 79 men.

I hope Judge Chutkan will harden up on the Orange Toadstool and become a merciless dispenser of justice .
She doesn't really need to be, even Canon will have to sentence him to life or be marked for life, but she will get a ton of death threats from Trump's fans when she does, either way she will be screwed. There will be a long line of judges sentencing Donald to federal or state prisons, once they get him in a cage, he won't ever get out again, except in a bag.

So even though Trump didn't purchase the firearm, is this pertinent? Key word "possession". Sounds like it to me.

I. POSSESSION OF A FIREARM OR AMMUNITION BY A PROHIBITED PERSON: 18 USC § 922(g) & (n). Punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment. May receive minimum sentence of 15 years without parole if offender has three or more prior convictions for a felony crime of violence (e.g. burglary, robbery, assault, possession of offensive weapons) and/or drug trafficking felony.
