I'm weird enough to spend winter in a Northern city, just not the twin cities. Even together they are just a medium size urban area with shitty and diffused downtowns. Wintering in DC is another option we talk about. Somewhere with great public transportation, proximity to an international airport and a vibrant cultural and economic scene, and top flight health care.

Want more? The smallest turkey I could find was 7.3 kg (~16 lbs.) and we still have about 1/2 of that bird left.

Our apologies LG. It's mostly dark meat. The dark stuff makes for great casseroles - like a Turkey Noodle Bake.

I am slightly south of Minneapolis, which is slightly north of Toronto. Had to look it up lol

There were nine of us and a 9.5kg turkey. Not much white meat left by the time we were done.
