Has anybody run the floraflex halos? Do they work like regular ones? Or do they have to be used with the other matrix pieces?

I did look at the flora flex halos. They only come in 3" and 2.25"

That's what I'm thinking, but reading the description, it doesn't mention using them alone, just with the other components. I'm not going to use any halos right now. I bought the caps and am just going to clip open line to them and let em work naked!! But, for future use, it may be something I want or need. But when buying them in bags of 12, some sizes are less than a buck a piece.

Probably why the other components are important. To spread the water out over the whole pot.

I must say I admire the perseverance of the outside growers out there.
I had dreams of glorious 10 foot plants but the heat and bugs of southern Arizona whooped my ass and sent me indoors.

This year is the first time I had a plant make it to harvest outside, usually between the aphids and whiteflies they end up dead. I had to spray for bud worms with BT, but that was no big deal.
Another gallon of buds rough trimmed and bagged to keep them from drying out anymore. I have at least one more gallon to get bagged soon. Had a few buds the size of the palm of my hand. I think I deserve a little nap first though.

My high school was about 15 minutes away from the steps in the original Excorcist movie. Our track coach would take us there once a week to run the steps for endurance work. As I got older it was a fun spot to smoke a bowl as it's close to all the bars downtown and was pretty safe late at night. The un edited original version was nasty but a great horror flick.

4/5 are taking off. The BOO x WW cross seems to just be stalled out. Hopefully she decides to take off eventually. If not, no biggie. I've got more of those beans I can try later.

Can't speak to hlg, but bar lights are great. Run cooler and get more coverage per watt. I'm loving them.

My HLG boards run cooler than my HPF4k bar light and that's comparing a 485W bar to a 630W board.

Just checked my 350. It runs at about 110 degrees at full blast. Veg pro is 85 dimmed as low as it can go.

you couldn’t touch my old hlg 300 when it was running at full. I’m not sure what the temperature was but it was hot!

I dont like the results of the bowl trimmer after hanging for a couple days and still fairly moist near as much as the full wet trim. I stripped all the fan leaves before hanging and the sugar leaves curled up so they weren't trimmed as well as when done when fresh. It basically just gave them a hair cut and took all the red hairs off of them. We will see how they look once dried and may test out the dry trim blade. This is Cinderella Purple plant #1.
