Not sure if ready to harvest. First time grower

Hi all. Hope you are well. First time grower here but I have followed what I think was a great path based on advice on this site. My question is, does this look ready to harvest?
9 weeks old, blackberry auto
Feed bio bloom as per instructions
600 watt led light
12/12 light schedule

all looks pretty much like that with a massive bud in the centre.

what do you think?

Pics of the whole plant would be more useful. Lower buds can often develop more slowly than the main buds, and aren’t always the best indicator of overall doneness.

That main does look a lot more finished than the pic before. I’d say it’s pretty close, but I don’t grow autos. It’s hard to see fine detail because the color is so intensely purple, lol. I’m going cross eyed zooming in.
