Any light will grow.but some lights will grow more. Grow specific lights will grow a lot better than normal room lights.and prices are really cheap now for nockoff china lights.

Example aliexpress has "fake"" spiderfarmers and they work as good as original but they are 70% cheaper flaw is they usually come with a defect less safety or something that was not up to standard to sell to spiderfarmer directly.

Usually normal lamp will grow max 0.3g energy saving cfl give 0.4-0.7g max per watt

And true grow lamps can grow up to 3g/w depending on your skill.

With all that any grow you do will pay for the equipment after your first grow soo you should not think much about the price

Those lights are for something like small succulents, keeping low-light houseplants alive, or starting seedlings. Being marketed as actual “grow lights” is disingenuous. You got hosed buddy, sorry. You need significantly more powerful lights
