Throw away foil, use mylar, and lower lights 1-2 inches over plants.

Well after that drama I went out and bought me the right type of lights,because I dont want this to happen again...

But if it keeps getting under 60 in there consistently, it's going to slow your plant growth.And if it gets down to 30 again, it will likely kill it.

How does the paper towel trick work?

whatever is quicker is better for me

Get a paper towel, fold it over once,get it wet and Gently squeeze it, put some seeds in along the fold and fold it again, so the seeds are covered.Put it in a tupperware dish with a lid, or between two bowls(to keep the light out) and put it somewhere warm, like on top of a refrigerator. When you see the taproot start to emerge, plant the seed.Some seeds take longer than others, check everyday and don't let the paper towel dry out while germing.
