Is this a herm? Or a bad pheno?

I've got one plant in my tent that is looking weird. Is this a herm? Or is it a bad pheno. It is feminized gelato Cookies, week 4, grown from seed. I have never had a plant herm on me before so I'm not 100% sure what to look for. I don't see any balls at the nodes. The other three plants in the tent (same drip system) are fine and I'm hoping I don't have to chop.

Let me know if I should post any other views/pics.

That was my thinking. But on another forum it was a 50/50 split on whether or not it was a herm and would ruin my other three plants in the tent. So now I'm paranoid and considering pulling her down. The other three plants look damn near perfect, I'd be pissed if I end up with a bunch of seeds.
