I did a search found no threads with this question.

Does anyone use the Growhub controller?

Figured a couple of things out and like to share.

What is stumping me is getting the recipe to run.

Well I see Vivosun has the response and excitment of screendoors on a submarine.

Due to lack of input and response has led me to order a new Infinity 69 pro controller will ship in January.
The Vivosun humidifier stops and starts as it sees fit, has led to a few high humidity warning.
It will be replaced with Infinity humidifier which is controlable with the WiFi app unlike the Vivosun one

Been thinking of getting that controller as well. Mostly for the streamline of everything into one with a user friendly app. Also most their stuff is dope that I’ve bought. Top that with manufactured in the usa which gives me faith with their customer service if there is an issue.

They make some adapters which are compatible with different lights and smart plugs that communicate with the controller.
Can say their humidifier is great. Long hose and a probe so u can keep it outside the tent.

Just had the same problem figuring out what fan and controller and I got a inkbird fan and Wi-Fi controller but it only controls the fan but i think it will do me just fine.

Mine is more of a DIY setup. I bought one of these to control my A/C and dehumidifier.

Fans run 24/7 and my small heater runs on its own thermostat.

Have really seen my room become much more
Consistent.

My heater is regulated by my inkbird and my exhaust is ac infinity with their older controller 67. I have my exhaust set only kick on when humidity levels reach a certain threshold. Winter here I struggle with temps so I’m trying to keep as much climate in as I can without exhausting it all out. That new controller of theirs tho seems to bring everything together seamlessly.
Also for a nice touch when I bought the humidifier from a local shop this 100 page book was included.

Picked that guide up at the Hydro store.
Can't wait for new humidifier, the vivosun is making me nuts it seems to do what it wants.
There was a large list of non Infinity items that would work with the Infinity controller. It did say not all features may be available.
I like many of the features of the Vivosun controller the lack of response and no community for development turned me off.
My current grow should be close to done by the time it gets here. So I will have some time to test run it before I start the outdoor plants.
I am thinking that I might run the lights on the Vivosun controller, it will give me better control of internal vent fan. Now the internal fan is tied to circulation fan I would like to have separate control. I will run all the fans and environmental controls through the infinity.

Just glad you didn't go with Trolmaster's product. Their service/APP are HORRIBLE.
I do have an AC infinity controller, works great, no issue since day one misses few options for light control.

As for the humidity, why don't you use an outlet with power on/off according to RH's %? Way better and more reliable/stable this way than going with the humidity sensor from the humidifier. Ac infinity offers this kind of outlet, no need to buy a new humidifier.. just set your vivosun humidifier to always on when there's power and you'll save some bucks!

I tried to control humidifier if you power it off it requires intervention to restart. That is part of issue other one is it seems to keep changing setting.

Same issue I had with my humidifier. That’s why I bought the ac infinity humidifier. Think it was like 40$ from the shop.

Makes me insane. I have the humidifier set at 65% yet I am seeing 77% when monitoring it. Think when I get the replacement I am going to smash the vivosun into little pieces and toss in recycling.....
i would keep the motor winding 1 of these days copper will go way up !

I feel that bruh :joint:
Prolly just a rebranded Chinese device that was not designed for horticulture
It is giving me fits for three days kept humidity between 55% and 62% no problems. Then it decided to run high reaching 85% humidity. Then the vent fan spins up higher to clear high humidity. It proves the hi humidity setting on vent fan works. I am wondering if I have a mouse living in there just playing with the controls it is a 2x2 tent.

Just counting the days till my new humidifier shows up. I am 34 days into an auto grow. They are all in flower close to 17 inches tall. Did the last vegetative growth feeding next feeding will be early stage flowering.
