Another issue with leaves...

My leaves are getting a bunch of brown leaves/spots.
Dont see any signs of bugs on leaves, plus its winter so not sure if possible to have picked any bugs up outside.
They are both the same plant(bagseed)(planted the top when i topped it), same dirt, same feed, same water(tap water not sure of ph), same tent, same light.
1 plant has only a couple spots, other has it on most of the top leaves, the browning leaves are curling upwards at tips.
Google gives me way to many possibilities that i dont wanna mess it up by trying to fix a bunch at once.

They are growing in Coco Loco soil, fed with gaia green 50/50 and earth worm castings.
Flipped them Dec 1st.

Any idea what could be wrong? Or is this normal flush?

First pic is problem plant, second is a leaf from it, 3rd is other plant, 4th is bud from problem plant, 5th is bud from lower on problem plant.

The white spots on the leaf look a lot like mites. Other than that I don't know.

Have you checked the underside of the leafs with a magnifier?
All i see on underside is a lighter color, that matches the top spots,But ill have to double check tomorrow. Its currently lights off for it, and sons home, so cant borrow his magnifying scope without a bunch of questions lol.
I didn't see any bugs with naked eye or phone tho.
Wouldn't bugs also hit other plant as well?

Double check closely, those little fuckers are hard to spot. But that definitely looks like mite damage on the leaves

They have to start somewhere. If that's what it it would probably be in the very early stages. It just resembles what you would see if if was mites.
