Nutrient solution strength issue.

All 3 GH Flora series and cal-mag mixed at 1/7/7/7 ml in a gallon of RO water had around 850 PPMs and 1.7 EC.

Does it mean 1 ml of calmag and 7ml each of the other 3? In one gallon of water? For a total of 22 ml?

yes, but my water starts at 0 out of the reverse osmosis filter I have.
