just grooving at this end. How are you?
Nice! I'm doing pretty good at my end. Ran out of hose for the new irrigation so I have to water by hand a couple of more days. Added more runoff trays, need to transplant to 1 gallon pots today IMG_20240309_105900108.jpgIMG_20240309_184627896.jpg

Plants are about 30 days old above the ground. It's been a while since I started some Seeds. This is Bruce Banner #3, looking for keepers for the future.

Cheers!

very nice. Not sure if you remember but you gave me some pointers on ppm and using bleach in aero. After using those tricks I’ve been getting this. I really do appreciate the help. Thank you

Eight girls flipped three days ago(I think). Added support on the sides to combat negative pressure. I'll let them stretch then break them to fit under the scrog net to get them more even.

Feeding them 6 times a day at 1.0 EC pH 7.0, pH is declining in the medium and I have pH 6.3 on the runoff. Five times during lights on and one during lights off. Completed the pump switch module to feed them individually. IMG_20240315_190023572.jpg
Hope everyone is doing well!

Cheers!

That module looks crazy nice job! Did you follow some type of schematic?

Thanks bud. I had some switchboard I collected at work that was going to recycling, it's for a boat/RV setup. I got them for free since they have some of the LED's not working. This one has one of them not working. It used to have fuses on all the switches that I had to remove.

I work with electronics so it's just a matter of solder some wires. The power supply is hotwired so it turns on even though there's no computer connected to it. The pumps are the same kind used in the old Growtek systems. Really quiet and powerful for their size.

Good to hear from you bud!

Cheers!

Wanted to ask you about using megaCrop on the last aero grow that you wrote about. I used jacks for a couple of years on multiple strains and they just don’t like it. Always fighting something and I tried all kinds of mixes and strengths. I switched to masterblend 0-12-26, calprime calnit, epson salt and going well but mpk for a pk boost has been meh. Would you still recommend dyna-gro bloom (now superthrive) for a pk boost? You were using around 100ppm of it and total ppm around 400-600ppm .5 scale right?

I don't recommend using any PK boosters and I never use them personally. I added Dyna Gro Bloom mostly to see how it would affect pH. There's more than enough P and K in Jacks, MegaCrop and Masterblend and adding more on top of that will only cause problems like excess K and low pH.

I still use high P food for clones, maybe 50-100ppm.

Cheers!

Gotcha. Guess I read it wrong. The dyna grow is pretty balanced from what I can see and I put in 50ppm over top of masterblend. So hopefully I won’t have to chance out the rezs I made yesterday.

No it's fine! That won't affect anything negatively. I like Dyno Gro, very pH stable and easy to use!

SCROG net is in. All (8x)Bruce Banner #3, looking for keepers.

Feeding them 6x a day at 1.3 EC, pH 6.2 currently. Runoff comes out about the same or slightly lower EC and slightly higher pH.

Cheers!

Nice jungle Wastei! Everything looks very healthy. I like the 8 plant one gallon set up. If I ever go back to Coco this is how I'm doing it. Probably not 8 but something similar.

It'll be interesting to see how many different phenotypes show up. Hope you find a keeper and I look forward to the smoke report. :weed:

Thanks bud! Haha! 8x is way excess in numbers!

I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to run them all the way through flower and will probably have to cut them early. It is what it is, doing unplanned renovations. Hopefully they're late and I get to finish them off.

At least I'll see structure and flowers forming to know which one to keep. I have two clones of each phenotype. I hope the stout one I like the most gets some space with the net. She's in the upper left corner under the big hog in the middle.

I keep feeding them 550ppm / 1.1 EC at pH 6.0. I've been lazy and my pH pen lost 0.2 points since last calibration. Still not to way off to make a difference.

Flowers are forming for real and some look more developed than others. I will probably need to install the second SCROG net in the upcoming days.

Cheers!
