Too funny. Technically they might not have had a real right to confiscate that dildo, how can they prove it's related to the drug crime anyway? It must have just been too tempting though.
I'd like to call the 2 foot dildo to the stand to speak towards the defendants character...
When the cops and the courts are done with the dildo it will probably be auctioned off with the other surplus confiscated stuff.
