That would suck- however it makes no sense- legal to grow at schedule 1 but illegal at schedule 3 - what was his logic?
Well he said once weed becomes schedule 3 pharmaceutical companies will have control just as they do with Tylenol with codeine, aspirin and Coldcough Syrup .

Still think I'll grow, not sure what they'll be using for nutes... And THC levels will be limited. Was growing before it became legal.
I agree with you, I look for deals on seeds and stockpiling. I'm sure growers have done the same for decades and so will I.
That is what I've been concerned about. I don't know anyone who manufactures Valium or Tylenol with Codeine at home. So this could be painful. But we will see what they do.

I can’t make my own tylenol- safely
However I can grow a very safe product
If the timing was switched- pharmaceuticals led the research and development of the medical marijuana- Instead of individual states leading the way - as many have - I would think that the big companies might have some control- but they all missed the boat and many companies likely fought the legalization- until now that the dollars are flowing
