How do he roots look?

It's in hydroponics but the roots look ok as far as I can tell. And they are very long and thick

First off, what the bloody hell is this thing you're growing in?
Secondly, is this inside? What's the details? Temps, lights ect?

Yes that's immediately what I thought when I saw that. Can't blame him for trying and he could remove it from that and move to a DWC Bucket or something else but I think he's exhausted it's capacity. I bet he did well before it got that size.

Have you seen a pot plant finished in one? It doesn't look like it has the size to contain the root system.

Oh, you could be right. There are lots of roots but thete is still a lot space to grow into

It's in my car port so not getting too cold.the lights are led full spectrum

In the summer, I planted one in a pot outside, and it grew brilliantly. I have sprayed the leaves with mag,...something. that happened in the summer and the plant thrived outside. BTW, thanks for all your posts. It's amazing how people want to help

At that growth the plant has outgrown root space and light capacity. This is a solo cup challenge level grow using that system. Tried for a while to find light specs. Love to know the lux or ppfd available to the plant.
Also hydroponics in a small reservoir will throw pH around bigly. A herb or small plant would have a small Ph swing that may be ok with water changes.
I do not see the plant capacity needed for a successful grow.
