How do you calibrate TDS/EC with this one? It only came with a PH buffer, no TDS/EC buffers. Do I need to buy it?

Yes, you need to purchase (or make) your own tds calibration fluid.
For 1mS/cm (EC) use 495mg/L of NaCl

Also, keep in mind that the dry pH packets work fine (if used with distilled or RO water), but have a very short shelf-life once mixed.
