I’m week 3 of flower and curious what should my light intensity be at for best results. I’m using a vivo sun light

Do what it says in the users manual. Probly 14 inches is a good place to start and then back off

For a 5x5 - you should at least push 700 watts or better.

Yes, you can run all 3 in a 5x5 at 100%.. If they fit you could run 6..

Then you've got enough light to light 2x3 well or 2x4 weak.
That's 6-8 square foot.
Not 25 square foot, like you have.

Jesus. Put all 3 in there at 100%, that's still less than 1/2 the power you need.

As many inches as your lux meter will say 60-80k
Get as much light on your plants as they can handle. That's "the light saturation point". Light is the only way that plants can make food. The more light you give them, up to the light saturation point, the more your plants can grow. Plants grow better (more stems and leaves) and provide a better yield (more flower) as light levels increase.
A lux meter will tell you about how much light your plants are getting. Your plants will tell you how much light they can handle.
Per @amneziaHaze, your plants should be able to use at least 53000 lux of light. That's roughly 800µmol. $32 for a Uni-T light meter is money well spent.

Reduce plant count and/or increase lighting. Then, worry about distance.
you have nowhere near enough light man, you can still salvage the grow if you get a new light in the next day or so though. I’d find a 700-1000 watt light as quick as i could and get that fucker on its way. Amazon’s got some on the cheap if you need low priced and good enough quality to get results. The lights you have would be good enough for veg if you use all 3, but flowers need alot of light to get fat and sticky.

Big tent, small plant. Thats fine. Like someone said, put the plant in the corner and surround it with as many lights as you can At really close. Show us ur plant.

I have a 60w led and put my plants 2cm away from the lamp.sooo your 100w should maybe go 3cm away
I think but i may be wrong.5x5 should be 600 or 1000w light.with a quality fan

Ive cut the plastic covers off those 9w led household bulbs and messured the ppfd off them..
Those things push out well over1k ppfd at 2-3 inches..
Enough to hurt my seedlings with them before having a meter..
