Sour Goat tester on chop day. Despite my attempts to screw this grow up, they actually came through fine. Very pungent fuel terps to me, but I suck at describing smells. As loud as anything I've grown this season.

Let's see what else... super stretchy in veg, would yield much better with topping/training. Seem to be light hogs. I ran these 12/12 from seed and still they got leggy. Side branches are equally happy to stretch. Nice little dense triangle buds at each node. Starts out a bit 'meh' but give her a chance. Does most of her work late in flower.

Can't wait to try these again this fall in something larger than 2 qt pots, 12/12 from seed.

Thanks for the shot bud, I'll do better next time.

Haven't had good luck so far with the sour goats. 3 out of 4 male. Last one still hasn't shown
That not bad luck, you just picked all of or most of the males out of that pack of regs..better odds on females now...lol...I usually pull 6 from each pack to get a good % of females...can't tell you how many times I've ended up popping 6 seeds from 4 different packs and ended up with 20+ females...good thing I have a few guys in my area I can give a few plants to.

This is a nug of Shoreline Gelato 33 from seed. It was a decent yielder, smells nice, looks nice, and has a nice density. Unfortunately, there isn't a ton of flavor and it lacks a bit in the smoothness category. Not a keeper, but was fun to grow.

For reference, this nug is about the size of a walnut.

Any sweetness to her?
No sweetness but it has a vibrant smell, if that makes sense. Seems to have brightened up a little after drying. Early sample tasted like a weedy honey dew, juicy flavor but somehow without any sweetness. The high was a fun goofy feel. I will comment with an update after it cures but so far I like the way its developing.

Just chopped my smallest plant of Shorelines Bubble Gum Diesel. It's day 66.I over watered it as her water needs were less than the others, so I chopped her before some of the wilted leaves went into the bud to cause rot or mold...anyways she smells strong up front of bubblegum, but as I smelled my hands there was a diesel on the back end. Nice easy plants. I had too many plants. I like 10 at the most but I had 13. It's just difficult to get a low fan in there and get them spread out.PXL_20240723_001800455.jpgPXL_20240723_001827631.jpgPXL_20240723_001841425.jpgPXL_20240723_001847707.jpgPXL_20240723_001850547.jpg
The trichs were mostly cloudy.
This was a soil mix I made that I top dressed with compost and earth worm castings that I mixed Dr Earth dry organic ferts in. 4 6 3 in early veg, 4 4 4 in late veg early flower and then 3 9 4 in late flower.

These DeathStar smell really really bad. I mean reek to high hell and back. I moved them around today taking pics, watered them, then went outside to get in the pool and it's all I could smell outside and in the house..if you grow these and don't have these for neighborsIMG_20240726_173250.jpg
then you are going to need some serious filters for sure. Hands down, one of the stinkiest strains I have ever grown and I am very pleased by that fact. Glad I grabbed a couple packs!
