Fluffy white ??mold?? floating about and evident when changing water, visible in filters and tubing.. Looks like toilet paper disintegrating.

picture attached.... H2O2 wont kill it, but I know bleaching the system does, but don't really want to do that at this stage of the grow.

you will have to entirely flush and clean your hydroponics system, this is "white water mold" and is very common. if left untreated it can kill your whole crop. I would remove the plants from their planters and move them to another water source not connected to this system until it can be cleaned out fully and then gone through a test run.
