HEY! I found your journal :blsmoke: The ladies look great! (ahhhhhhh Cheeeeeeeeeese  ) Now what is this contraption?? lol
Glad you're here! The contraption is the infusium 420. It makes oils butter tincs.....if you don't have one check them out. There's other brands that work great as well. I. Just partial to the 420 lol. I agree, nothing g like the sun.
I think the tent measures 4x9. I'll be finding out real soon how it fits side to side in my shed lmao. I'll make it fit! Lol

Stared taki.g down the lilac diesel today. There's a bit of amber so it's time. The diesel buds are solid just not big like I hoped. That's due to the pot and the fact that there hasn't been soil in it for weeks. It's all root.
I should have popped it in a 15 but then I would have been struggling to fit everything.
Next week I'll be going around collecting cuts from a few of my crosses that I gave out to keep till I get this round sorted. Also plan to crack a few beans from a prior seed making run. Hoping for some heavy leaning satties.

Alrighty...I got to the point where it's time to chop. So, everything is hanging and almost done switching the room around. Turning a 9' to fit into a 9' space was no easy task. Now that it's mostly switched I'll work on trimming since I chopped at the stalk and hung them. Delving a little into chaos but I think I got it worked out. Or will by tomorrow lmao20240801_153224.jpg

So I have a couple questions sir.

1.) Is that 9ft standard size tent or did you knock the rods down a foot for custom fit? (I think my answer is obvious here but hey, lol)
2.) Ya also chopped a hole in the side of it to accomodate the AC Unit? I like that.....

I want a setup similar to this for production when the weather turned off for outdoors.

I had also thought about hanging my plant fully by the stock but the colas were a little too huge I thought for that, I guess if the climate is controlled to the extent that it should be, this can be achieved with avoidance of mold?

Yes, I did knock out the side compartment and then tacked it up. Lol, I couldn't work on ac without doing it. The tent is a vivosun 108x48x80" Cutting the hole in the tent works fine since I never close the front. It stays open but I'm sure it would be fine closed. I always hang the entire plant so that I get the longest dry time. Since I don't keep them green to the end, I usually let most of the leaves dry and fall off. If the plants are dense like mine I'll usually just jam a few pieces of sticks to spread them out foe air to get to them. I run the ac and 4 fans to make sure there is air flow. It usually takes 12 days or a few more to get them crispy and then I'll start breaking the plant down. Sweat the branches in tobacco bags trim down smaller and into jars. I keep colas together and have never had mold.

Ok good info. Thats what I want, the longest dry time. I've got the space for it, just curious, about what size they're stretching to in the 15gals, I like that size for mobility. Youve got some nice genetics going on. The Pineapple is of interest as well, I much enjoyed the Pineapple Chunk which is crossed with Cheese x Skunk #1 x Pineapple. Hope to get that strain back with me in the future as well. Glad I'm able to chat with you about them.

How does the Cheese stretch even with the training? like if you had to say an average?
I'm also interested in more info on that Purple Sunset x Lilac Diesel, beautiful pheno as well.

The BC stretch is prolly x2. I love the way it grows.
