Bruce Banner Autoflower

Been growing photoperiods in the garden for decades. I have plenty of smoke left over from previous grows, so I decided to experiment with some Autoflowers. They didn’t get quite as big as I expected, measuring in at 32, 36, and 44 inches. I went ahead and pulled them this morning at about 10 1/2 weeks. Would like to have let them go another week, but pruned out a couple mold spots last week due to heavy rain and humidity, and there is a flood watch for tomorrow and Wednesday. So, today was the window. When I gave them a rough trim in the shed, I pruned out some more mold, so it was time. They didn’t seem to be fattening up much more, the calyx’s were swollen, and the few hairs left were brown. It is going to be a change not dealing with nor’easters, cold rainy weeks, frost, having to perform multiple toppings just to keep the plants at corn height, and stressing about how bad the bright green plants stick out amongst the browned out corn. But it’s weird hanging plants to dry that are the size of small to medium branches on a photo. Trade offs. It will be worth it if the smoke is good, but I think my next grow will be back to photoperiods. We’ll see…

The ole growing between my corn rows method. I love it. I’ve been worried about trying autoflowers outdoors but yours seem to have grown to a fairly decent size.
